Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our business and the perishable nature of food, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
2. Order Cancellations
- Single Meal Orders: Once confirmed, single meal orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Subscriptions (Weekly/Monthly):
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for partially used subscriptions.
3. Delivery Issues
If your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
4. Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or multiple times, please contact us, and we will review your case. If verified, we will process a refund for the extra charge.
5. Food Safety & Quality
We ensure that all meals are prepared and delivered fresh. However, we are not responsible for food spoilage due to delayed pickup, improper storage, or failure to consume within recommended timeframes.
